We use national couriers to handle all our orders and the price for this service is included in the purchase of your hamper.

We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order as soon as possible. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email, and as a guide your hamper should be delivered within 1-2 days from this point. However, please allow up to 7 working days.

All orders require an email address and phone number to be provided. This information will be passed on to the courier, who will then notify you or the recipient of a delivery time slot. This time slot can be amended by you, or further delivery instructions can be given (e.g. leave with a neighbour), by following the links provided in the courier delivery message.

All orders with Quarry Cottage Hampers are carefully wrapped and packed to protect the contents within each hamper. All gift boxes and wicker baskets are then shipped within a cardboard transit outer for added protection.

On receipt of your order please check all items carefully. We hope you will find everything to your satisfaction, but in the unfortunate event that an item(s) has been damaged, or that an order is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us promptly and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
