Should you need to do so, you may cancel your order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. This may incur a small administration fee.

On receipt of your order please check all items carefully. We hope you will find everything to your satisfaction, but in the unfortunate event that an item(s) has been damaged, or that an order is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us promptly and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

If you are unhappy for any other reason and wish to return your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this and to agree the return of your hamper. A refund will only be given on receipt of a complete and undamaged hamper, excluding postage costs to you. We highly recommend that you use a service that can be tracked and that requires a signature upon delivery, as no refund will be given for goods not returned to us.
